Each JBand undergoes strict quality control before shipping. All non-defective sales are final.

If your JBand arrives damaged upon delivery, email us within 7 days with photos of the product and the mailer, and we’ll replace the damaged item(s).

We do not offer exchanges. JBands are one size fits most.

Hand wash cold with mild detergent and air dry to preserve the embroidery and shape. Avoid machine washing or drying.

JBands Era currently ships within the United States. Because each JBand is handcrafted and quality-checked, we are taking a phased approach to growth to protect product quality and delivery standards. International shipping will be added as our community expands.
