Can I return my JBand?

Each JBand undergoes strict quality control before shipping. All non-defective sales are final.

What if my JBand arrives damaged?

If your JBand arrives damaged upon delivery, email us within 7 days with photos of the product and the mailer, and we’ll replace the damaged item(s).

Can I exchange for a different color or size?

We do not offer exchanges. JBands are one size fits most.

Who created JBands?

JBands Era was founded by J, a student-athlete who chose a nontraditional learning path. His goal is to inspire others to pursue excellence, individuality, and confidence—on and off the court.

Can I buy JBands Internationally?

Yes. JBands are available for international orders. Free shipping applies to U.S. orders only. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
