At JBand, every piece is handcrafted with care to ensure premium quality. Because of the handmade and limited-edition nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, we stand behind the quality of our work. If your JBand arrives damaged during transit, we will be happy to replace it.

Exchange Policy for Damaged Items

  • Exchanges are accepted only for items damaged during shipping.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of damage (photo or video) is required.
  • Once approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All JBands are handmade and limited edition.
  • For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for reasons other than shipping damage.
